Licensed in 1991, Debbie Kimbriel is admitted to all Texas Courts and the United States Western
District of Texas. Family law has been the center of Debbie's practice for her entire career.
Currently, family law constitutes 95% of Debbie's practice. Debbie Kimbriel is often appointed by
the Courts to represent children involved in litigation. She serves in the probate courts as well as a
court appointed advocate for the mentally incapacitated. Debbie is also appointed by the State of
Texas to represent mentally impaired parolees in the parole revocation process. Yet, the majority of
Debbie's practice is devoted to the courts in the beautiful new Family Law Center in downtown Fort
